Step 1: What to bring
A picture of the look you want, if you have one, and a note of any allergy to nail products.

Step 2: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early for a new set. Check in at the front, and we start on time.

Step 3: What to expect
We talk through the level and the time, shape and file, then paint. A new set takes one and a half to two and a half hours.
