What to expect before you walk in or book.
Booking and deposits
Book online, by phone or by text. Medium and long sets and custom art take a deposit to hold the time, and it goes toward your service. Short services take no deposit.
Canceling and running late
Tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a time, by phone or text. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or offer the next opening.
If you miss an appointment
A missed time holds a chair no one else could use. After a missed visit, send us a message and we will put you back on the book; a deposit may be asked again for your next long set.
Children and companions
Children are welcome to sit beside you. We start nail services at age 12, and a parent stays with anyone under 16.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we will make it right. Come in and we look at your nails together.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one in cash or at the counter, and tell us who it is for.
Before your visit
Arrive ten minutes early for a new set. If you are wearing gel or acrylic from another salon, tell us when you book so we leave time to remove it.
Come in when it suits you
Book a time that suits you, and tell us the language you prefer.
